Welcome to Lifepix: AI Family Milestone.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms," "Terms and Conditions," or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Lifepix: AI Family Milestone mobile application ("Lifepix," "the App," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using Lifepix, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

Lifepix is an AI-powered photo creation application that allows users to create milestone-themed images for babies, pregnancy, couples, anniversaries, weddings, and family occasions.

Depending on the features available in your version of the App, Lifepix may allow you to:

Upload or select photos
Select AI milestone templates
Generate AI-created milestone photos
Save generated creations
Access previously generated creations
Purchase or use credits
Access premium or Pro features
Generate high-resolution images
Restore eligible purchases

Features may be added, modified, suspended, or removed from time to time.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use Lifepix under the laws applicable to you.

If you upload photographs of another person, including a child, family member, partner, or friend, you represent that you have the necessary permission or legal authority to use and process those photographs.

Parents or legal guardians should supervise the use of Lifepix involving photographs of children.

Lifepix is not specifically designed to encourage children to create accounts or independently submit personal information.

3. Your Photos and Uploaded Content

You retain your rights to photographs and other content that you upload to Lifepix, subject to the rights necessary for us and our service providers to operate the App.

By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

You own the photo or have the necessary rights to use it.
You have permission to process the photo where another person is identifiable.
You have appropriate permission when uploading a child's photograph.
Your use of the photo does not violate another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
Your upload does not violate applicable laws.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

4. Permission to Process Uploaded Photos

To provide AI image-generation functionality, Lifepix and its service providers may need to access, transmit, process, temporarily store, or otherwise handle uploaded photographs.

You grant Lifepix and its relevant service providers a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to process your uploaded content solely as reasonably necessary to:

Provide requested AI image-generation services
Process your generation request
Create and deliver generated images
Store creations where the App provides such functionality
Maintain and secure the service
Troubleshoot technical problems
Prevent abuse and fraud
Comply with legal obligations

We do not claim ownership of your original photographs merely because you upload them to Lifepix.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. AI-Generated Content

Lifepix uses artificial intelligence to generate images based on photos, templates, prompts, and other selected options.

AI-generated content may not always be accurate or predictable.

Generated images may:

Look different from the original photograph
Contain inaccurate facial or physical characteristics
Include unexpected objects or visual elements
Produce distorted or unrealistic results
Differ between generations
Fail to produce the requested result

You understand that AI generation is probabilistic and that Lifepix does not guarantee a particular result.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before downloading, sharing, publishing, printing, or otherwise using it.

6. Appropriate Use of AI Features

You agree not to use Lifepix to generate, upload, process, or distribute content that:

Is illegal
Violates another person's rights
Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights
Is intended to deceive, defraud, impersonate, or harm another person
Contains sexual exploitation of minors or any content involving child sexual abuse
Facilitates abuse, harassment, threats, or violence
Attempts to manipulate or exploit people unlawfully
Violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempts to circumvent the App's technical or security controls
Attempts to abuse promotional credits or purchase systems
Interferes with the operation of the App

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

7. Pro Features and Premium Features

Lifepix may offer paid features, including Pro functionality such as:

Higher-resolution or 4K generation
Priority processing
Premium templates
Additional AI generation functionality
Other premium features introduced in future versions

The specific features included in a purchase may change as the App evolves.

Paid features may be subject to applicable purchase, subscription, and app-store terms.

8. Credits

Lifepix may use credits or similar virtual units to provide AI generation functionality.

Where credits are used:

Credits may be required before requesting a generation.
Credits may be deducted according to the applicable generation cost.
If the App specifically states that credits are deducted only after successful generation, that rule will apply to that generation flow.
Credits have no cash value.
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
Credits cannot be transferred to another user unless explicitly supported by the App.
Credits cannot be sold, resold, or exchanged outside the App.
Credits are not a bank account, deposit, or financial instrument.

We may modify credit pricing, generation costs, or available credit packages when reasonably necessary.

Any changes to pricing or credit packages will be presented through the applicable purchase interface where required.

9. In-App Purchases

Lifepix may offer in-app purchases through the applicable app store.

Purchases may include:

Pro access
Credits
Premium features
Other digital products

Payment processing is handled by the applicable app store or payment provider.

We do not directly receive or store your complete payment card information through the App.

By making a purchase, you also agree to the applicable terms and policies of the platform through which the purchase is made.

10. Subscriptions

If Lifepix offers subscriptions, the applicable subscription details, including price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation information, will be displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated by the applicable store or purchase interface:

Subscriptions may automatically renew.
You may cancel future renewals through the applicable app-store account settings.
Cancelling a subscription generally does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period.
Access to subscription features may continue until the end of the applicable paid period.

The exact subscription terms displayed at the time of purchase will apply.

11. Refunds

Purchases made through Google Play or another applicable app store are generally subject to that platform's refund policies and procedures.

If you believe a purchase was made accidentally, incorrectly, or without authorization, you should use the applicable platform's purchase-support or refund process.

We may assist with purchase-related issues, but we cannot guarantee that every refund request will be approved.

12. Restore Purchases

Where supported, eligible purchases may be restored using the restore-purchase functionality provided within the App.

Restoration may depend on:

The same store account being used
The purchase being eligible for restoration
The applicable app-store records
The purchase type

We cannot guarantee restoration of purchases that are not recognized by the applicable store.

13. Intellectual Property

The Lifepix application, including its software, design, interface, branding, logos, templates, text, graphics, animations, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

Copy the App
Modify the App
Reverse engineer the App
Decompile the App
Extract source code
Redistribute the App
Sell or sublicense the App
Reproduce our proprietary templates or assets
Remove copyright or proprietary notices
Use our branding without permission

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

14. Your Rights in Generated Images

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any third-party rights, licenses, and applicable platform rules, you may use images generated through Lifepix for your personal purposes.

However, AI-generated content may not always qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction.

You are responsible for determining whether your intended use of a generated image is legally permitted.

You should not assume that an AI-generated image is free from third-party intellectual-property rights merely because Lifepix generated it.

15. No Guarantee of Uniqueness

AI generation may produce similar or substantially similar results for different users.

We do not guarantee that:

Your generated image will be unique
No other user will receive a similar image
A particular template will always produce the same result
A generated image will be suitable for a specific purpose

16. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Your account or device used to access the App
Photos you upload
Generated images you use or share
Your compliance with applicable laws
Protecting your purchase credentials
Reviewing generated content before use
Obtaining necessary permissions from people appearing in uploaded photographs

You must not use Lifepix in a way that causes harm to others or violates applicable law.

17. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Circumvent credit or purchase restrictions.
Manipulate generation limits.
Use automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized tools to access the App.
Reverse engineer or decompile the App.
Extract proprietary templates or AI functionality.
Abuse promotional offers.
Interfere with servers or infrastructure.
Introduce malware or malicious code.
Attempt to bypass security mechanisms.
Use the App to infringe another person's rights.
Use generated content for unlawful purposes.
Resell or commercially exploit the App itself without authorization.

18. Service Availability

We aim to keep Lifepix available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The App or individual features may occasionally be unavailable because of:

Maintenance
Server problems
AI provider outages
Network failures
App-store issues
Security incidents
Technical failures
Changes to third-party services
Events beyond our reasonable control

We may temporarily suspend or limit functionality when necessary to maintain or protect the service.

19. AI and Third-Party Service Availability

Some Lifepix functionality may depend on third-party AI, cloud, payment, analytics, advertising, or infrastructure services.

If such services become unavailable, change their APIs, impose limitations, or discontinue their services, certain Lifepix features may be affected.

We are not responsible for failures caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

20. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lifepix is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

The App will always be available.
AI generations will always succeed.
Generated images will be accurate.
Generated images will exactly match your uploaded photos.
Generated images will be suitable for a particular purpose.
AI results will always be appropriate for your intended use.
The App will be free from every possible error or interruption.

You use AI-generated content at your own discretion.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lifepix and its owners, developers, affiliates, employees, and service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of the App.

This may include, where legally permitted:

Loss of data
Loss of content
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Loss resulting from reliance on AI-generated content
Loss resulting from service interruptions
Loss resulting from unauthorized use of your device or account

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lifepix and its owners, developers, affiliates, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

Your misuse of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of another person's rights
Content you upload
Content you generate or distribute
Your violation of applicable laws

23. Privacy

Your use of Lifepix is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, share, retain, and protect information.

Privacy Policy: Please refer to the Privacy Policy published on our official privacy-policy webpage and accessible from within the App.

24. Changes to the App

We may modify, update, improve, or discontinue features of Lifepix from time to time.

Changes may include:

New templates
New AI models
New generation options
Changes to credit requirements
Changes to Pro features
Changes to pricing
Changes to user interface
Removal of outdated features
Security improvements
Performance improvements

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we may update the "Effective Date" at the beginning of this document.

Your continued use of Lifepix after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the App.

26. Termination

You may stop using Lifepix at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App or specific features if:

You violate these Terms.
You misuse the service.
You engage in fraudulent activity.
You attempt to circumvent security or purchase systems.
Your use creates a security or legal risk.
We are required to do so by law.
We discontinue the relevant service.

Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required by applicable law or the applicable store's refund policy.

27. Effect of Termination

After termination or discontinuation:

Your right to use the App may end.
Certain locally stored data may remain on your device until you remove the App or delete it.
Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by law.
Previously purchased digital products may be subject to the applicable app-store rules.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and applicable legal provisions, will continue to apply.

28. Third-Party Services

Lifepix may contain functionality that depends on third-party services.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms.

We are not responsible for the independent terms, policies, or practices of third-party services.

29. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the applicable laws governing our relationship with you, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or other rights provided by the laws applicable to you.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded.

30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented within the App for specific features or purchases, constitute the agreement governing your use of Lifepix, subject to applicable law.
